Contents:
The purpose of the course is to introduce bioinformatics concepts and their application to biomedical data.
The following topics are covered in the course:
- Handling of biological/medical databases
- Bioinformatics methods like alignment, structure prediction, working with -Omics
- Hands-on experience from medical question to bioinformatics analysis
- basics statistics with R for visualization and clustering
Time, Place:
- Block seminar,June 4 - June 29, 2020, twice weekly Monday and Tursday 9:00 to 12:00
